Positionality in Research 101

What ways are you connected to your research? In this workshop, we will discuss concepts of intersectionality, reflexivity, and positionality. Participants will engage in reflection activities to consider the multitude of influences in their research practice.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Define positionality .
2. Connect the concepts of intersectionality, reflexivity, and positionality.
3. Reflect on the ways you currently interact with research and begin discussing how these concepts can apply.
