Bystander intervention training can help witnesses challenge situations and take action to create a safer environment. This training with aid bystanders in understanding how to intervene in uncomfortable situations using the 5Ds Model of Active Bystander Intervention. In this workshop, participants will learn how intervention can protect targets of discrimination and harassment through activated strategies and language while having the opportunity to practice skills in an engaged group setting.
