Inclusive leadership values team members, diverse perspectives and creates an environment where people feel their opinions and contributions improve the organization's well-being. Inclusive leaders adapt quickly to various scenarios and views with an open mind to bring the best results for the team and organization. According to Bourke and Titus (2019), the benefit of inclusive leadership produces favorable outcomes such as better team performance, powerful collaborations, and innovation decisions. This training will describe the characteristics of inclusive leaders, go over examples of inclusive leadership, and discuss strategies for practice.
