The Caltech Safe Zone Program aims to educate participants on advocacy for the LGBTQIA+ community by promoting understanding, support, and inclusivity. Through interactive conversations and activities, this training explores language and societal issues faced by the LGBTQIA+ community at large. The Caltech Safe Zone Program offers opportunities to create an affirming and engaging campus climate by identifying and educating members of our campus who visibly support the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer, and questioning community.
