Building Common Ground

This workshop focuses on participants' varying identities, perspectives, and social backgrounds in the space. Building Common Ground is an intentional activity and dialogue that allow participants to share about themselves, discover commonalities with others, and learn more about differences among the group.

This workshop is designed for large groups and small groups.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Explore and reflect on personal and social identities
2. Discover commonalities and differences others. 
3. Identify examples of personal bias and how it can impact our interactions with each other. 
4. Gain a deeper understanding of the diversity among the members of our community
