Learning Outcomes:

1. Recognize and demonstrate contemporary issues impacting LGBTQIA+ peoples.
2. Comfortably address and intervene in moments of potential bias or harm.
3. Know and share resources for LGBTQIA+ people at Caltech and within the greater Los Angeles community.
4. Identify ways in which you and your lab/department can better the environment and experiences for LGBTQIA+ folx.
