IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) X STEM Conferences is an initiative led by the Caltech Center for Inclusion & Diversity (CCID) & Caltech's Career Achievement, Leadership, and Exploration (CALE) departments to help Caltech students attend conferences that promote sense-of-belonging in STEM.
